Tokio Hotel
Tokio Hotel est un phénomène musical !
Ce groupe de rock a renversé l'Allemagne et a débarqué en France, il y a quelques mois. Tokio Hotel est composé de 4 adolescents originaires d'Allemagne (Magdeburg) : les jumeaux Bill et Tom (17 ans), Gustav (18 ans) et Georg (19 ans).
Bill chante et compose depuis l'âge de 9 ans, Tom joue de la guitare, Gustav et Georg rencontrés en 2001 jouent respectivement de la battrie et de la basse.
Avec un style sans pareil, Tokio Hotel a su capter un public jeune. Les vrais fans adoptent même le look original du groupe et notamment celui de Bill, le chouchou.
Propulsé en tête des ventes avec le single "Durch der Monsum" (Traverser la mousson), ils ont rapidement été disque d'or dans leur pays et en Autriche. Le deuxième morceau "Schreï" fut également disque d'or. Evidemment, les récompenses pleuvent...
En France, c'est un succès à 100 %. L'album "Schreï" est dans les bacs depuis septembre 2006 et leur première scène est prévue en avril 2007. Comme pour l'Allemagne, Bill est le plus populaire !
Leur second album sortira fin février.
Bref une véritable machine à succès qui ne semble pas prête de s'arrêter.

Avril Lavigne
La petite princesse du rock punk débarque en fanfare sur les ondes avec le tube Complicated à l'été 2002, alors qu'elle n'a que 17 ans. Il faut dire que cela fait déjà quelques années que la jeune Canadienne, fan des Goo Goo Dolls, de Green Day ou de The Offspring, écrit et compose des chansons à la guitare, tout en chantant dès que l'occasion se présente dans la chorale de son église, ou lors des foires et festivals locaux.
C'est là qu'Antonio «L.A.» Reid, (directeur de RCA Records et découvreur de talents s'il en est, puisqu'il est, avec son collègue Babyface, à l'origine des carrières de TLC, Usher Raymond, Toni Braxton, Outkast ou Pink) la repère et lui offre un contrat. A 16 ans, Avril Lavigne se retrouve à Manhattan, entourée par la crème des paroliers et des producteurs.
Mais cela ne correspond pas exactement à la façon dont la belle envisage les choses. Elle tient à chanter ses propres textes et s'envole pour Los Angeles, où Clif Magness (producteur de Céline Dion, Wilson Phillips ou Sheena Easton) peaufine le son mélodique mais quelque peu énervé de la jeune fille. Porté par Complicated et Skater Boy, son premier opus Let Go connaît un succès inattendu (16 millions d'exemplaires vendus) et Avril voit son rêve devenir réalité.
Butch Walker (Marvelous 3), Raine Maida (Our Lady Peace) et Don Gilmore (Linkin Park, Good Charlotte) vont produire son second album, Under My Skin (2004), qui lui aussi fait un triomphe (8 millions de disques écoulés).
En moins de deux ans, Avril a conquis la planète entière, imposant le port du baggy et des baskets de skateboard à une jeunesse habituée aux mini-jupes de Britney Spears et aux talons aiguilles de Christina Aguilera. Elle détrône d'ailleurs rapidement les stars de la teen-pop classique pour devenir la reine incontestable d'un mouvement teen-punk, dans lequel s'engouffrent nombre de jeunes chanteurs, tant aux Etats-Unis (Hilary Duff, Busted) qu'en France (Emma Daumas).
Surfant sur son succès, Avril se lance dans une carrière cinématographique. Elle fera des apparitions dans Fast Food Nation, The Flock (où elle donne la réplique à Richard Gere) et elle sera l'une des voix américaines pour l'animé Nos voisins les hommes.
Avril s'essaie aussi au mannequinat et pose notamment pour Chanel.
Côté c½ur, la Canadienne roucoule avec le chanteur des Sum 41, Deryck Whibley, un vieil ami qu'elle épouse en 2006.

Brook Hogan
Brooke Hogan (born Brooke Bollea) was born on May 2, 1988 in Tampa, Florida to Terrence Bollea (wrestler Hulk Hogan) and Linda Bollea. She has a younger brother, Nick. [fast fact: Her father considered naming her “Ludmela” instead of Brooke]
She had as normal of a childhood as the child of a star can have and attended the Admiral Farragut Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida. She was a cheerleader and competed on the school's gymnastics team.
Although known to many wrestling fans beforehand, she came into the public spotlight on the reality show, VH1's Hogan Knows Best. The show follows her and her family during their normal daily routines (which are not always so normal). It shows that her father is very overprotective and even had a GPS tracker installed on her car so he would always know where she was on her first date (the device even allowed him to shut off the engine of her car). Off camera, she had a date with singer Aaron Carter, but her father kicked him out of his house after finder Carter disrespectful and arrogant.
She has is not always under the shadow of her famous father, and trying to make a name with herself in the music industry (although her father is her manager). In 2002 she signed with Lou Pearlman's Trans Continental Records. She released her debut single in 2004, “Everything to Me” which hit #1 on Billboard's Hot 100 Singles Sales Chart.
In late 2005, she signed a record deal with Larry Storch's new label, Storchaveli and they went into the recording studio [note: she was the first artist signed by Storch]. Her debut album will feature other performers such as Paul Wall, Lil' Jon, Jermaine Dupri, Black Eyed Peas, Mariah Carey and Ricky Martin. [Quick fact: she once sang the national anthem before a Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game and has opened up for Hilary Duff]. The video for her first song off the upcoming album, This Voice, premiered on the finale to the second season of Hogan Knows Best. The song is called “About Us” and features Paul Wall.
She is never far from wrestling and has appeared along side her father throughout her career, including a challenge by Randy Orton for a fight. They will pair off during Summerslam 2006. In October, her picture was taken off the cover of Prom magazine because of another pictorial she did in FHM magazine posing in a skimpy bikini.
Hobbies & Interests: Dancing (jazz, ballet, tap, ballroom, belly), playing guitar and piano.

On June 12, the 18-year-old will take her boldest step toward individuality yet with the release of single “About Us,” featuring rapper Paul Wall. The punchy, rhythmic-flavored track is a testament to living in the spotlight and braving false media rumors. It was produced by Scott Storch, who has helmed projects for Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Mario and 50 Cent.
In addition to vocals, Brooke plays guitar and keyboards. She also contributes her own viewpoint as a co-writer of two of the songs. The project will hit the streets September 26 on SoBe Entertainment.
